These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of EasyFix KSA’s website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing our platform or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
EasyFix KSA operates a digital marketplace that connects customers with verified service providers for home and lifestyle services, including cleaning, beauty, maintenance, moving, pet care, babysitting, and more.
EasyFix is a technology platform only.
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of EasyFix.
Medical and healthcare services are strictly prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
EasyFix may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
All bookings must be made through the EasyFix platform.
Prices are displayed before confirmation and may include VAT.
Payment can be made via cards, wallets, or bank transfer through our secure gateways.
Cash-on-delivery may be available for selected services.
EasyFix deducts a service commission from providers; customers only pay the displayed price.
Customers may cancel bookings within the time limits stated in the app.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges.
If a provider cancels or fails to attend, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method.
Providers must comply with Saudi law, Saudization requirements, and PDPL (data protection).
Providers are solely responsible for their staff, visas, permits, and insurance.
Providers must deliver services professionally, safely, and on time.
Provide accurate service details and ensure safe access to the service location.
Treat providers with respect and follow platform communication rules.
Do not exchange personal contact details or payments outside the app.
Users may not:
Use EasyFix for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Circumvent the platform by hiring providers outside the app.
Share offensive, abusive, or discriminatory content.
Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.
We comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Personal data is collected and used only for service delivery, payments, and compliance.
We implement encryption, secure storage, and restricted access.

EasyFix is not responsible for the acts or omissions of providers.
Customers and providers enter into service agreements directly with each other.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyFix’s liability is limited to the commission earned from the disputed booking.
All rights in the EasyFix platform, logo, content, and technology remain with EasyFix KSA.
Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse our intellectual property.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
The user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Fraud, abuse, or illegal activity is detected.
Required licenses or documents expire or are invalid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Disputes will first be resolved through our customer support team.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in Riyadh under Saudi law.
EasyFix may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be published on the website/app. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
