Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
The service provider fails to attend the booking.
The service is not delivered as described or agreed.
The booking is cancelled by EasyFix or the provider.
Overpayments or duplicate charges.
Refund requests due to dissatisfaction will be reviewed case by case, with consideration of service quality evidence (photos, customer feedback, or investigation).
Online Payments (Card/Wallet/Bank): Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Cash Payments (where available): Refunds will be provided as EasyFix Wallet Credit within the app unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, payment gateway, or card provider.
Completed services that were delivered as agreed.
Cancellation fees (where applicable).
Administrative or transaction charges already incurred by EasyFix.
If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

Provide booking details and proof of payment.
We will investigate and, if eligible, process a refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond EasyFix’s control (natural disasters, emergencies, or government restrictions).
